Our Services
We help create theme and objectives; we develop the conference or seminar format, design, help create and implement the staging and logistics. Our detailed advance work includes budget structure; date and site selection; food, beverage, travel and lodging arrangements; facility room selection and staffing, as well as shipping of conference material.

Our concerns include constant liaison with hotel or conference center staff; audio-visual/computer requirements; all presentations and hand-out materials; as well as all arrival and departure transportation details, tourist services and trade show services.
